ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

At JOLIFITY, we aim to ensure that every customer is satisfied with their purchases, so we accept most exchanges and returns as long as the item is in new condition and has not been worn. To qualify for an exchange or return, the item must meet the following criteria;
It should be in its original packaging with all tags and labels still attached.
It must show no signs of use, damage or alteration.
It needs to be returned within 14 days from when you received your order.

Faulty or Defective Items; If you suspect that the item you received is faulty or defective, please reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order through our Contact Us page or email. We will investigate the issue and provide guidance on next steps. If the product is indeed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund without any extra charges.

EXCHANGE

While we don't provide refunds for changes of heart or sizing problems, we're more than happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
