It needs to be returned within 14 days from when you received your order.
Faulty or Defective Items; If you suspect that the item you received is faulty or defective, please reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order through our Contact Us page or email. We will investigate the issue and provide guidance on next steps. If the product is indeed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund without any extra charges.
EXCHANGE
We recognise that, choosing the right product can be tricky, especially when shopping online.
While we don't provide refunds for changes of heart or sizing problems, we're more than happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
To kickstart an exchange process, kindly reach out to our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. The item should be returned in its original state, unworn and with all tags intact within 20 days.
