It needs to be returned within 14 days from when you received your order.

We will investigate the issue and provide guidance on next steps. If the product is indeed faulty, we will offer a replacement or refund without any extra charges.
EXCHANGE

While we don't provide refunds for changes of heart or sizing problems, we're more than happy to facilitate exchanges for items of equal or lesser value.
